Description of Service
ToolPort provides free browser-based utility tools including file transfer, QR code generation/scanning, and online clipboard sharing. These tools operate primarily on the client side with minimal server interaction.
User Responsibilities
You may not use the Service for illegal purposes. You are responsible for the content you transfer or share. You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the Service.
Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Tool A uses peer-to-peer encryption. Tool C rooms auto-expire after 24 hours. We do not collect or store personal data.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design system, code, and branding, is the property of ToolPort. You may use the tools freely but may not reproduce or redistribute the Service itself.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss during transfers, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from the use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
